Scame Group consolidates in e-mobility with the acquisition of the Portuguese Magnum Cap LDA

On May 4, 2021 Scame Parre S.p.A. has finalized the acquisition of 85% of Magnum Cap Lda, a Portuguese company dedicated to the production and distribution of charging systems for the electric vehicle.

The agreement was signed by Eng Stefano Scainelli, CEO of Scame Parre S.p.A., a manufacturer of electrical equipment based in Parre (BG), and Eng José Henriques, CEO and founder in 2009 of Magnum Cap Lda company, based in Aveiro.

The acquisition of Magnum Cap is part of Scame Parre S.p.A.'s broader strategy aimed at further strengthening its leading role in the sector of systems and infrastructures for charging electric vehicles, an area in which it has been successfully operating for more than twenty years.

This will allow the Scame group to present itself on the markets with a more complete offer than ever from the point of view of both hardware and local management of the charging infrastructure through a dedicated software platform ".
