These regulations foresee that every tenant has the right to have a charging point installed in the condominium, regardless of the fact that the parking space is private or shared with other tenants.
When parking spaces are shared, or when a charging station is shared among multiple users there are two important requirements to fulfill. Firstly a way to regulating access to the charging point only to authorised users. Second, correctly allocating the energy consumption to each user/tenant.
To do so there are multiple ways, one of which is subscribing a contract with an E-mobility Service Provider who can directly bill the tenants, however a monthly subscription is requested, and in many cases tenants do not wish to add costs on top of the pure energy cost.
